Louise Kiernan has over 25 years of experience in helping people reach their full potential. Ms. Kiernan’s focus is on helping companies develop their leaders and managers through training, coaching and performance management. 

Her experience includes the design or improvement of performance management processes including identifying and defining the competencies needed to move an organization forward.  Her corporate clients include those in manufacturing, radio, cable TV, pharmaceuticals, health care and finance.

She has expertise in coaching Senior Executives, Middle Managers, high potential individuals and coaching teams that want to improve their cohesiveness and overall performance. 

Ms. Kiernan, formerly the President of Behavioral Health Care Management has appeared on “Health Matters” and “Straight Talk” TV programs and on WAPP-NY, WSHU-NJ and WMTR-NJ radio.

Ms. Kiernan holds an MA in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University, a PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) and is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is certified in the DISC profile and serves as the Program Chair for the Sussex-Warren Chapter of the Human Resources Management Association.
