Kiernan Consulting's coaching services are for leaders and managers at all levels. Coaching incorporates tools such as the DISC personality profile and a 360 assessment. Arrangements are flexible.

Brief coaching services are available to help new supervisors succeed especially when facing employee relations problems.

Coaching is conducted in person and may be conducted by phone, depending on the client’s progress and budget.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a cost effective way to develop employees or prepare them for change.  It provides participants with the opportunity to explore issues they are all facing. It also creates a forum to test ideas, brainstorm, and discuss potential solutions.

Team coaching is beneficial for newly formed teams or when group conflicts threaten the productivity of the team.
